The ebizmatching™ system provides a powerful yet easy-to-use system to match
Bidders with Procurement and Request For Proposal (RFP) opportunities.
Bidders
Bidders register with ebizmatching™ and provide summary information including
number of employees, industries served and organizational diversity
(Minorities, Veterans, Small Businesses, etc.). This means that each of our
Members can automatically be matched with opportunities created in the same
categories. Bidders can additionally find opportunities using our interactive
search tools.
Contract Creators
Whether contracts are created by Procurement Specialists or ebizmatching™
Members (as RFP's), each is categorized using an efficient, compact
classification scheme. All our contracts opportunities are maintained within
our database and not merely a list of links to opportunities on other Websites.

ebizmatching™ - Business Matching
The same classification scheme is used by Bidders on registration as is used by
Contract Creators to classify business opportunities. This compact
classification scheme allows us to match Bidders with Contracts automatically
. All matching contracts are displayed on the Marketplace screen in the
"Profile Matches" section.
Bidders may also additionally receive these matches by email. Because this
process is automatic, any new matching opportunity will be matched to
appropriate Bidders the instant it is published! Combining this automated
business matching system with the interactive search capability gives Bidders a
powerful system. Contract Creators get a wide bidding audience and can also
easily review the prior ebizmatching™ performance of any Bidder adding amazing
value to the process!
