Each time a contract is completed within ebizmatching™, the Bidder's performance is rated via a feedback form consisting of a rating scale on several categories and a comment. This feedback is added to the Bidders rating within the network and is available for other members to review. It is in the Bidders interest therefore to work professionally in order to enhance their ranking to stand out from the crowd.
