ebizmatching™ has created this privacy statement ("Statement") in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the ebizmatching™ web site (the "Site") is of great importance to us. Because we gather important information from our visitors and members, we have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. Collecting Your Personal Information
ebizmatching™ requires members who register to use the Services offered on our Site to give us contact information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and billing information, such as billing name and address, and credit card number.

When you submit a bid or create a contract, we may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, work phone, or additional company information, such as address information. Members can update their personal information at any time by logging into the Web site and changing their information within the “Account Settings” area. Members can view their updated information to confirm their edits have been made.

The Site may collect certain anonymous information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the Site, analyze trends, and administer the Site.

ebizmatching™ uses the information collected to set up the service for individuals and their organizations. We may also use the information to contact Members to further discuss customer interest in the ebizmatching™ Application, the Service that we provide, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Members are invited to receive an email newsletter by providing an email address. Members email addresses and any personal information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Members can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time using the Preferences screen. Separately, Members are also asked to provide an email address when registering for the Service, in order to gain access to the Site. We may also email information regarding updates to the Service or company, and will send a Customer Newsletter. Again, email will not be distributed or shared and Members can opt out of receiving any communication by using the Preferences screen.

The billing information collected when members register for the Site is not used by the ebizmatching™ Application for marketing or promotional purposes. The ebizmatching™ system uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing (Authorize.net from Lightbridge, Inc.) This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Members of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). ebizmatching™ will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Members records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or as may be required by law. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.

The ebizmatching™ Application may also collect certain information from visitors to, members of the Site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, and to administer our Site in order to constantly improve the quality of the Service. We may also track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors, members and non-members and provide such information to third parties.

When you interact with the ebizmatching™ Web site we strive to make that experience easy and meaningful. When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard drive and are used to tell us whether members and visitors have visited the Site previously.
