Request for Proposal (RFP's)
It's easy to create RFP's using the ebizmatching system. Simply create an RFP describing your needs, attach any documents and click "Save". Your RFP will immediately be available for bidding to other members within the ebizmatching network. Additionally, members that have stated an interest in your area of need will be alerted to your RFP automatically!

One of our unique features is the VALIDITY of the companies doing business with other companies within the network. This “Validity” brings users to a safer online business environment. For each transaction done within ebizmatching, companies are allowed to rate each other by submitting a feedback form which consists of a rating scale on several categories and a comment. This feedback then determines the company rating percentage within the network.

What is a Request for Proposal?
An RFP is a request for goods or services often including specifications of the item, project or service for which a proposal is requested. The more detailed the specifications, the better the chances that the proposal provided will be accurate.

Bidders return a proposal by a set date and time. Late proposals may or may not be considered, depending on the terms of the initial RFP. The proposals are used to evaluate the suitability as a supplier, vendor, or institutional partner. Discussions may be held on the proposals (often to clarify technical capabilities or to note errors in a proposal).

What are Procurements?
Procurements are contracts for supplies or services created by federal, state and local authorities and also large corporations. The ebizmatching system provides access to billions of dollars of procurement opportunities via our easy to use system.
